April 1-may 21, 2022 at Hauser & Wirth Zurich showcases five of his late sculptures, artfully crafted from the bodies of mid-century cars retrieved from Kaudorf, Bern. These vintage Cadillacs, Fords, Buicks, and Chevrolets retain the vibrant colors characteristic of their era. Embracing his sculptural roots, Chamberlain ingeniously utilizes these repurposed materials from a cherished and historically significant location, predominantly featuring shades of black, white, and silver.
